2. What data is collected and why?
This site has no database of its own. The contact form ("Get a quote") sends the data you enter (name, email, optional phone, message) through the Web3Forms service, which forwards it directly to kairostudioweb@gmail.com without storing it permanently. That data is used solely to respond to your quote or information request.
3. Legal basis
The data subject's consent, freely given when submitting the form (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
4. Data retention
Emails are kept for as long as the business or pre-contractual relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legally required periods to address any potential liabilities. You can request their deletion at any time (see section 6).
5. Recipients and data processors
No data is shared with third parties except where legally required. Sending the contact form is processed through Web3Forms (Web3Forms LLC), which acts as data processor to forward the message by email; the email itself is managed through Gmail (Google Ireland Limited), also a data processor under the GDPR. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC): when you visit the page, your browser requests those files from Google's servers, which involves sending your IP address. No first-party or third-party cookies are used for analytics or advertising purposes.
6. Data subject rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to kairostudioweb@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document.
7. Complaints
If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with applicable regulations, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
